Hello, I have a notebook running Windows 8.1 x64 along with Office 2013 at present.. I am planning to upgrade the same with Windows 10 TH2 via Clean Installation.. Is there any reliable and working guide (links or video will do) on How do I take a complete backup of the Office Outlook 2013 backup (complete with all emails), mind you I have two email accounts there on IMAP and POP3 and restore that in new Installation of Office 2016 ?? I tried once, same process to restore in a different computer, but I see the emails from previous installation was readable but new emails were arriving on a different outlook account, not in that same Thanks..
In case of POP3 account, at the time of creation of account in Outlook 2013, there is an option available to select the outlook data file. This may be tried. In case of IMAP, no such option is available.
