I've gone into the Trust Settings and unchecked the box for blocking all images. Most e-mails containing images work OK but a few don't. If I go to the Comcast web site and read the same e-mail there, the pictures do show up. So why do they not show up in Outlook? I'm hoping that somebody here knows how to fix the problem assuming it can be fixed in Outlook and is not a problem with the sender's e-mail software. Thanks for your help.
