I think this has been asked before, but not for Outlook 2016. I have several email addresses that I use, but my question is:

Is it possible to create a filter in Outlook 2016 that blocks all emails to a certain address that are not on an allowed list. I realize that it would be my responsibility to keep the allowed list up to date. I want no exceptions whatsoever.

Could those disallowed emails be automatically be deleted, and never even get as far as deleted items or junk?

Suspect the answer is no, but seems fairly obvious feature to have, and not hard to build in to the program.

Maybe next time I am chatting to Bill Gates I will ask him!!

You can create rules whereby you can do a number of things with specific email address. There is also a junk mail filter that will block specific emails or domains.
