Thanks for the link, it shed some light to my confusion. It doesn't appear to reduce the functionality in any form, so I can live with it. Still, it's weird that only Outlook is showing this and not Word, Excel or Powerpoint. EDIT: Ah yes, I used v38 at the time of activation. I just noticed it's up to v41 now. Thanks, I will use that the next time I clean install. EDIT 2: Just for the heck of it I tried v41r and it's not going away, I must have missed something. EDIT 3: I tried slmgr /upk and slmgr /cpky and re-activate with latest v41r but I don't think it did anything for the Office license. As long as it doesn't reduce the functionality I might as well live with it.
No, it's expected to be not working on some systems. Follow the alternate solution which I mentioned. BTW, please share the output of Check-Activation-Status-vbs.cmd file from KMS_VL_ALL, when KMS activated office is installed.

@RokkumanX If you ever see any kind of non-genuine banner in Office 2019 with 'PerpetualVL2019 update channel, please let us know here. Thanks.
------------------------------- Saw this in another forum.. that maybe the fix you seek...This resolved this error for me. Go to File/Account/Manage Settings and untick "Enable Optional Connected experiences". This disables all online activities though such as if you have a web version of an excel file, you can no longer access it using the desktop app. Also in the latest version the optional keyword is removed
Is not the fact. It looks like MS strengthens the check even with telemetry chopping off. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...nstall-activation.62571/page-219#post-1661057
For what it's worth, this is what worked for me. Set policy and reboot. I don't think the option exists on Windows 10 Home though.
