Outlook 2019 VL pro version 64 bit

    I am trying to help a partially sighted friend. He wants to change the background colour on emails using Outlook 2019

    Trying on my own machine with same install (ex MDL) I can find File - Options - General - Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office . Box to tick if always use Office Background - loads of choices,none seem to make any difference and the Office Theme Box - I just get White - Dark Gray - Colorful. It seems my Black option is missing.
    Searching the web there are discussions about Outlook 2016 and earlier, but no answer to my problem with Outlook 2019. Have any other members tried this option? I suspect it may not be available to VL pro versions on Office 2019 ????. I want to stay with 2019.

    Another query - I know how to change page colour on a new email etc. I want all this as the default option, without my partially sighted friend to have to change it each time. That is just as hard to find as creating the email. He will never use Braille.
