    I have a business email that I use via IMAP (or could use POP3). I also use GMail, Hotmail, and others that I login through the web browser. I would like to use all emails through Outlook (Microsoft 365) without storing all the data locally. I have a small hard drive. Currently the IMAP email downloads everything to a PST/OST file.

    Is there any way to disable outlook from saving mail data locally? I just want it to save my calendar and to-do data locally, and mail to function as regular web browser/web app - just talking to the server.

    Is it possible? if not with outlook, some other program?

    pop3 = local save

    imap = server save

    imap also saves locally (OST file). I need to figure out how to activate and use exchange. I think that will allow me to use all email accounts as live. Like using through a web browser.

    Thanks for the info.
    Hopefully it will work for ALL emails accounts, and not just GMail/Goolge accounts
    I'll have to give it a try
