    I think my PC is overclocking. The fans seem to be running louder than normal. My system is;

    Intel(R) Core 2 Duo CPU E8200 @ 2.66 GHz 2.67 GHz

    4Gig Of Ram

    Windows Vista 32bit (home ultimate)

    MSI Mobo. P35/G33 Neo Series

    Can anyone help??

    Maybe in the Bios in PC health Section CPU Smart Fan Control is disabled, if enabled this will reduce fan speed.

    or in Advanced Settings CPU EIST Function is disabled ( SpeedStepping )

    Myself I would check that CPU Smart Fan Control is enabled and leave the CPU EIST disabled ( unless its a notebook to save battery power )

    Cheers

    on most Motherboards to get to the bios settings it's press Delete to enter setup after powering on or booting your PC.
