I recently bought a server windows 2012 std and install hyper-v on it. case 1) I have an old ibm server running a red hat linux. I'm thinking of convert the physical to virtual, but not sure how. case 2 I have another windows 7 running some HR software and would like to convert that into virtual as well. I tried SCVMM - System Center virtual Machine manager, but....... it doesnt support windows 7! Please help
