    All said.

On paper it look very promising and free for personal use:

    Code:
    Key Features & Benefits
Run at startup and automount feature
Useful tray application and support for safe eject
            Support the latest Windows 8.1
The only solution with Ext4 read-write support!
Provides fast and transparent access to Ext2 / Ext3 / Ext4 under Windows
            And, it's easy to install!
        Key Scenarios
Import/Export files and folders from/to Ext partitions. For example, if the hard drive is taken from NAS storage and you need to open a Linux partition and copy from it or place a new file there, Paragon ExtFS for Windows eliminates the need to install the hard drive or configure it for network access. Simply connect a hard drive via the eSATA connector or USB-to-SATA adapter to the PC and access your files.
Open documents and multimedia directly from Ext2 / Ext3 / Ext4 partitions. If you want to watch movies or open large documents contained on a Linux partition, simply connect the drive directly to the PC to get instant access.
        Supported Operating Systems
            Windows 8.1
            Windows 8
            Windows 7
            Windows Vista
            Windows XP
            Windows 2008 server (32/64 Bit)
            Windows 2003 server (32/64 Bit)

    paragon-software.com/home/extfs-windows/

...But i tried several times, it only cause errors on startup and doesn't work on MY win 8.1 pro 64 bit.

    Anybody has success with it?

Tested it under W8.1 Enterprise x64 and it works, at least with ext2.
Still need to test ext3 and 4

    Is the usage transparent?
I mean can you browse the Linux file system partitions from my computer with ready assigned letters?

I really like to use this soft, other options seems more limited.

It was assigned as F: drive, since c:,d: and e: are already in use. Explorer browses it as any other drive. Copied some files to and from the drive and no errors ocurred. Filesystem is listed as DOKAN in properties, but you can´t format it from inside windows(at least not to ext).

    YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

    Now it works!

I installed latest version of extfs for windows from his webpage and i can use ext4 partition directly in windows 8.1 pro x64!

It works like any other partition with assigned letter on boot.

Finnally i can explorer files from windows or linux without format limitation.
