Is anyone interested in using torrents to download any fresh iso? If so, I will post the magnet link (of any new version) once I find it. Also, how about making svf files that patch the previous version to the latest one? I do not know how to make one, but I am sure luzea's scripts will do it for me p.s. I prefer torrents to ddl sites.
I meant that I would do the svf and upload it for the rest of mdl (if there is a demand), because I keep both files for some days, but anyway thanks for doing it for me. On the other hand, now that I know the file is ~1gb, I prefer to download the whole iso It would take me 2+ hours to upload!
It is the sqfs file to blame, I extracted it and tried to 7zip it with max everything. No love. You can not compress a already compressed file with same algo/settings and expect better performance. SmartVersion (or xDelta or similare) will not improve on compressed files. Windows ISO images (Win 10 as example) is not compressed. ISO as a file is not a compressed file but if files embedded are compressed....then again *nix is not my strong forte. But it had same issues with OS X dmg compressed files. Deltas are a nightmare byte size.
Code: Name: pmagic_2021_05_12_0.iso Size: 1886568448 bytes (1799 MiB) CRC32: EC7E48FA CRC64: 0C912CA9D11CB8F1 SHA256: D0F2346177AD4DAC079C307411C17FAEC33D42BA32911A267C3C53F4A3026DCF SHA1: A488521895877301E3C41D9F5A6276DEAC763FA1 BLAKE2sp: 5C3C94E3EA4C145D03C4832A75B564A76128E335CEA339AA2C014DEC3AFC2DAF
To be honest, I have not found pmagic in any torrent site for the last 2-3 versions, so I had to resort to ddl.
Hashes don't match and changes every time I download. Tried from windows and linux with same weird results. Same thing that was reported here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/parted-magic-update.28370/page-8#post-1615998
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think we are not supposed to post URLs here. This software is not free to redistribute
Neither are MSDN Windows/Office ISOs, but as they are not cracked/modded, they can be distributed here
