password startup on

    i have toshiba satellite L300D when i startup it ask me password i try 3once and its switched of
    i opened laptop and i removed battery cmos 3day but password doesn't removed now motherboard is out
    is there some one who can help me to remove this password

    thx but it doesn't work
    so how i can replce the eprom do u have pic?

    You can't do that yourself. You will have to take it to a repairshop.

    A lot of laptops seem to have their bios locked when pass protected. Yours seems to be one of them.

    I know that's not good news, but I don't know any other options at this point.:(

    THE problem is that i live i south of morocco and there isn't shop of repair
    and i just remove password for other laptop like hp compaq dell and old toshiba but this its very defecult so i have just to broken it and remove processeur and hard disk and ram.....

    I have successfully removed the password on a similar laptop. if you haven't destroyed the thing then pm me and I will help you. The process takes about 15 min. if you have had it apart 14 times allready. lol
