PC kept reboot, shut off it reboot itself, and usb kick out in a few min

    take usb3 pci out as test.

    Thanks.. I finally got a 850watt power supply and now everything works great. One disappointed is that when I plug my portable extHD to front USB port, maybe 10min or less, it disconnect itself and reconnect back. I haven't try the rear usb port. But for thumb stick it works fine on front usb port
