PC won't boot after installing Daz Loader

    Hey,
    I have an older PC that I wanted to install daz loader on.
    It was dual booted with xp installed first, then I removed that and fixed the BCD so that 7 would boot again.
    Today I installed Daz loader and it told me to run either

    bootsect /nt60 SYS /force
    bootsect /nt60 ALL /force

    and now it says

    "Windows failed to start.

    File: \Boot\BCD

    Status: 0xc0000225

    Info: An error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data."

    I have tried running startup repair however it does not fix the issue and just makes my bootable USB unbootable just like the windows installation on the laptop.
