PCI-E card on win server 2012 and S1200KPR

    Hello guys
    I was wondering if someone can help solve my problem?
    I have S1200KPR server board and I install Orico PNU353-U3E usb3.0+esata PCI-E card
    When I connect external hard drive to usb it gets recognize but when I do to esata port on that card it just not there anymore
    I have try different drivers cables etc
    Change bios to AHCI etc
    Nothing works
    Please maybe someone can help

    Check the readme text files (or any other documentation) to look for compatibility.

    things just suddenly disappearing may be caused by there not being enough power to the device. can u give your external hdd a different power source (other than usb).

    I don't think there's much testing done with these 3rd party cards on server motherboards. They never seem to work 100%.
    Nic's Yes, Raid Yes, USB3 etc, not really. Changing bios settings for onboard sata won't affect the card at all.
    Does the card have provision for extra power?
    How about a different PCI-e slot?
