    Google is your friend!

I don't believe that you'll find an Freeware PDF Editor with more than just basic functions!

Never mind, no problem with that!

But I wouldn't use on line staff without to know what will be done with my data!

You're right! You forgot to mention that any Acrobat Pro is very expensive as well which is a big Minus for many users! US$ 400 plus is as much as you've have to pay for a new Laptop with Touch Screen etc. Not affordadble for many Users. In Thailand Acrobat XI Pro cost as little as THB 17,000.00 which is app. US$ 600.00!

Foxit Advanced PDF Editor is just US$ 99.00 while the full Foxit Phantom Business Suite is just US$ 129.00!

Adobe software is IMHO highly overpriced!

It would be better tu suggest Freeware or affordable Apps to the users which could do the jobs with ease. If you got your version via Volume Licensing you're either
    • Owner of the Master Licenses
    • employee of the Company or owner who own that license and gave it to you
    • a user who got access on not so legal way to the license/activation

To be honest, it's more difficult to get an Volume License/Activation for Adobe Software than for MS Product's.

This just as answer to your comment:
