Did you set the source folder using the top left item in the green branch ("Config Source Folder")?
I may have forgotten to mention that :)

So, like my psychiatrist would say:

"Now how does that make you feel?"

Feels the same as i did with 8.1 WinPESE back then :)

Because of activations aren't needed it also can be done on Enterprise EVAL, it was explained when i did it for 8.1.

But this time it's future proof...
Thanks for testing, all credits to Joveler!

(Maybe later you want to test MistyPE as well, and maybe some nice tool scripts like Acronis, Terabyte, Drive Snapshot, etc. In any case, thanks again for helping with the download links and the test, I think PEBakery will have a good "home" here!)

Uhm, yeah, "rtm" sources only, please... (another thing worth mentioning in the howto/ faq, I guess.)

Finals - Create ISO - Multiboot options - Timeout (This is probably the one you need)
    or:
WriteMedia - Copy to USB-Device - Multiboot options - Timeout

What did you use for Acronis integration? I use a special "Portable Acronis" script now, easier to maintain when new versions come out (no rebuild needed), might add that description back later.

Just one of the 723,287,182 options you can set in PEBakery :)
(of course you can always add more scripts, or even extent the builder with your own code, after all it's open source now).

Wait, was that the first thumbs-up you just gave there? :p
So, don't you agree Joveler's done one hell of a job with this? If he can pull this off, just wait for what he'll have in store for us in the future!

Well, sure, but that's not the "PE way" :nono2:
The cool way is to build the files into your boot.wim, or even cooler (like I mentioned): use them in a "portable" way.
But Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither should your PE.:coffee:

(Just kidding, of course... Nice to see you got it working the way you wanted, again it shows the versatility of the project: multiple ways to get the job done.)
