Performance settings for Default user account

    Did anybody find a way to modify Default user's performance settings?

    Windows default performance settings are:

    I would like that every new user who logs on to the computer would have these settings:

    I tried to modify Default user NTUSER.DAT registry. I also tried to modify HKEY_USERS/.DEFAULT registry, but the settings don't stick.

    Any suggestions?
