If i install the no SLIC bios version, the SLIC table doesn't dissapear :S. I've tried twice :S.

I've tried flashing bios from bios tool (pressing end in the boot) and with the msdos utility with same result.

Did you clear cmos ? and load default settings in the bios ?

PS: Did you use any loader ?

I haven't use any loader. I did clear CMOS (not in HW but SW way (clear CMOS after reflash option)).

I don't know how to erase / change it :S.

Ask medic911 or yen to help you. My idea is just to use the HP SLIC 2.1 and install the HP Certificate in c:\

Gotta love those 'Doh!' moments, sometimes you rack your brain for hours then find out it was something not even related like the loader :)

    (OP)
    $·"%·$%·$"%$·%"·$%!

    It doesn't work! Grrrr :(

    I don't know what i'm doing wrong :S

Should i do this process without internet access?

I'm going to check if th ecertificate still match with the slic bios.

    P.S. It's driving me crazy.
    Edit:

I've dump my slic info (it seems to be ok to Slic_Dump_ToolKit), cheched with dell.xrmms file used when modding bios with the PubKeyCompare tool and it says that digital license XRM and Bios SLIC mismatch! How can it be possible?.

I don't know what i'm doing wrong, let's do some questions:
*Should i do the proccess without inet access?
*Am i taking the correct bin file (SLICS 2.1\DELL QA09.BIN)?
*When i finish to install Win7 and it ask me for Serial, should i put some serial instead leaving it in blank and deactivating the field "Activate Windows when i'm connected"?
*If i want to try another modified Bios, do i need to repeat the entire process? (reinstall win7)

    And the last one:
*Should $ill Gate$ and Gigabyte C€Os be drinking whiskey and laughing at me? ;).

    Edit 2:
P.S.2: I flash twice because i've read somewhere that it's good to flash the original bios with Qbios (motherboard flash utility) and the modified with DOS utility.

Because you use the wrong files then. My gigabyte mobo accepted it in 1 time.

Once again give me a link to your bios and i mod it for you (correctly) :D
