Phillips 190B monitor

    In the middle of my screen is the volume ajustment control ,i have reloaded the disc for the monitor but no luck its still in the center of the screen ,if anyone has had these issue i would be keen for some help ...Thanks

    Looks like i have to pull off the front cover and check buttons could be jamming ..thanks Urie fingers crossed ....
