    I was digging through the SLICTools site and see a folder for what would apear to be a SLIC Inserter Tool for Phoenix BIOS's.

    edit: sharing not yet allowed.

    But the zip is password protected. Does anyone know what the PW would be?

    The tool is still beta at not yet allowed to go to the public.
