I am using a Samsung laptop and managed to get the bios.WPH file What I did was: 1. open bios.wph in PBE 2. go to temp folder, replace ACPI07.ROM with the Dell 2.1 BIN file. 3. noticed that ACPI07.ROM and Dell's are not in same size (original 57 bytes vs Dell's 374 bytes) 4. Rebuild the bios.wph, the modded bios file has same size as original (1046 KB). See #3, it is so scarey. I don't think the mod is this easy. Is there any way to verify the modded bios file before actual flash?
