Hi guys. Just messing about with various new LGA 1155 UEFI bios files,trying to mod them to hold SLIC 2.1 When I try with Gigabyte files it works. When I try with Asus files I always get an error message. Not sure what it means. What does it mean....I have tried ever Asus.bin and cert i can lay my hands on but always get the error message. What am I doing wrong
been messing more. And every time I get the error... I am abit worried if I buy an all singing all dancing motherboard I may brick it. This may sound daft but I have decided to gather some very cheap,very basic LGA 1155 bits together. i.e Board - Asus CPU RAM - just got a 1 gig stick from ebay - £3.27 + £1 pnp I allready have a stock Intel heatsink and fan. Plus a cheap n nasty ATX psu.... This will allow me to test out my modding skills before I get my new gear..... Yesss..A plan...
