    Hello all. I am looking for some of the best Photo Effect Programs out there that may be posdted here! Hopefully free! LOL
    I have Photo Effect 3.15 but am looking for more special effects photo programs that have different effects inside the program. I use Photo Effects & like it very much but am looking for something with different effects. I have most of the ACDSEE programs also. Just asking! Thanks in advance!

    Maybe you can try GIMP. Never try it myself before

    Thank you all. I will give them a try. I'm just looking for something different & hopefully free!
