I believe some of them are experimental, because they have invalid KB-IDs (Microsoft wouldn't reuse KB-IDs from Win98) and AFAIK they add no value, they only update the version numbers of certain components (like Notepad). On the other hand those updates for the IE8 compatibility list, those security updates (just like for Vista and the RC version) and those hotfixes will surely be made public at one time (latter probably only after filling out a form or through OEMs to be included in their preinstall kits, I believe most of those hotfixes just fix issues with some special hardware).
