    In what way do you want to modify it? All UWP apps are already removed.

    Your laptop is still very fast. Shouldn't be any problem of running Windows Update. You can even run normal Enterprise, if you want. I have a ProBook too, produced in the same year as your laptop, and Windows 10 is running fine there.
    No, Enterprise LTSC Evaluation can't be activated, as all things with "Evaluation" in its name.

    why dont you convert eval to full ent LTSC using svf patch by our MDL community then try abbodi brothers kms vl activation & it worked perfectly .

    install ltsc 2019 , disable windows defender with gpo, and telemetry with gpo ,

    activate with kms-vl-all

    don't disable windows update !
