Hi, I have dell vostro 1400 , milk poured onto it's keyboard and reach to motherboard , when I put AC adapter on jack and power on , there is nothing , but blue LED flashing with delay 2 sec. between on/off , and CPU become very hot with it's heat sink . Help me please , what should be doing to fixed this problem ???? by the way , there is a short in VGA Ic area , and some pleace near from chipset IC .
