After disable Secure Boot in UEFI settings. USB start booting now. hope it will install usb. forgot to say one this , i use old hard disk form window 7 on this laptop because hard disk on this laptop is broken. not work anymore. Thanks.
It not installing window i tried both win 7 & 8.1 .It's showing 0x80070570 error both on win 8 and 7. What should i do next.

if u have something that boot boot from it plugin the dok with windows 8 go to sources dir from cmd.exe [Shift + f10 to open]

now i have new problem. My usb is dead. I have Sd card and xp cd. I installed xp and upgrade to win 7 32bit( I can also window 8). But i want to to use 64 bit . How can i upgrade or install 64bit on my 32 bit.
Yes. It is 64bit window 8 46bit . I need to make My SD card to work. I did diskpart........but is not booting. I can go thorugh upgrade.but not clean install because of not booting(not showing on the list while I try to boot.
