    I have downloaded from TBP and md5 hash was a match. :)

    Which tpb link did you download?

    The correct md5 hashes are meant to be:

    x64: 0D863472414EFC337D032E8ED33C347B
    x86: 2F7520915DFF55380E979E67AE4687DB
