    Hello! there is a laptop Dell Inspiron M5110. The chipset in it AMD A68M(Hudson-M3L) supports SATA3, but this mode is locked in the BIOS. Who can help with the unlock?
    installed BIOS version A03
    please help activate the SATA 6Gb / s interface

    maybe there is a modified BIOS for this laptop model. please help dear friends !!

    If You don't have SATA 3 slot and also don't have option behind the option SATA Operation then is only one method, ie if You have DVD/CD drive You can try this method - replace the hard drive with SSD.
    If you mount the SSD drive in place of the optical drive, it'll be SATA 3G. If it also won't work, there's no other place in the system to install a hard drive.
    If You have slot for SATA 3, it should work and configure everything automatically.
