Please solve this issue

    Hi All,

    Before few days i have faced a problem if anybody have solution please share-

    YouTube is not working in Internet Explorer 10 OS -Windows-8
    It is giving error "An error occurred" and showing blank screen.
    we have tried to re install the flash player but same issue
    YouTube works fine on other browsers like Chrome,when we attached the head Phone youtube start works fine.

    Please reply if any body have any soluation?

    I have provide this solution to user-
    Upgrade Windows 8 to 8.1

    Is the latest I.E Explorer 11 ?

    Try updating I.E Explorer then go to the official Adobe site to update the flash player.

    Youtube was erratic for me too yesterday, the search was not working. Today works ok.

    IE10 cannot be upgraded to IE11 in Win8.0, so you'd have to upgrade.
    As far as the flash player, it's handled exclusively through Windows Update and/or the associated msu updates.
    Downloading from adobe will not get it to work in IE10. You have to download it through Windows Update.

    Try to upgrade from Windows 8.0 to Windows 8.1 with Update or try to install latest updates for IE10.
