pls help "windows cant activate try again later" error

    I installed win 7 ultimate with daz loader and passed genuine check and upgraded to win10pro but it always says "windows cant activate try again later" error code: 0xc004f034
    then I hv another sys with genuine win7 hm basic upgraded to win10home and again while activating it says same error
    pls help

    keep trying it will activate itself ms server are getting hammered pretty hard

    Same problem here and my Windows 8.1 is legit. I did an upgrade using the official Windows 10 Pro ISO creator and I get an activation error...

    yes ofcourse on a 5mbps connection
    trying frm past 8hrs to activate but no luck

    microsoft is having a hard time..hope it gets activated tomorrow

    I'm having the same problem... can't activate... says try later...

    It was a genuine Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 10 Home, with a microsoft account (not insider), that already did the windows reservation.
    I did the update with that microsoft tool, not by windows update.

    Its a microsoft servers problem or should i try to use some generic key to activate ?

    mdl is hard here too.. almost 1000 ppl in windows 10 thread too much for MDL to handle

    Means License can not be found or was invalid

    i guess the wise thing to do its stick with windows 8.1 until everything its sorted out, from bugs and to massive updates and installations that keep saturating microsoft servers....

    performance wise its almost the same...

    same problem here, upgraded by GWX a genuine W7 Sp1 Home Pro, HP notebook...
    all goes fine but system doesn't activate [windows can't activate, try again later), error code C004F034 (something wrong with license)...

    now restoring W7, then retry upgrade

    (sorry, i did not see this topic, so i posted before this problem in 10240 thread)

    I have the same activation problem. but the odd thing is before I upgraded to w10 from 8.1 licenced, I got my bios key. After I upgraded to w10, the key that will be activated is not the same with the key that I got with a program. Is this normal ?

    mine shows key blocked... clean installed from an upgraded windows 10

    After win 10 upgrade, genuine key is replaced with a generic key. :(
