D630 BIOS A19 has digital signature verification, so you can't modify and rebuild the D630_A19.EXE.

Assuming you used PhoenixTool to extract and modify the HDR file, you'll need to try one of two methods to flash the modded BIOS back:

    Use Old Updater Method
    • PhoenixTool should rename & recompress the modified HDR file to "bios.gz".
    • Copy the older A17 BIOS updater and the "bios.gz" file to a DOS bootable USB stick.
    • Boot to DOS and run the older updater: D630_A17 -readgzfile

    HDR Recovery Method
    • Put the modified HDR file onto a blank USB stick (FAT32 format)
    • Rename the file with a 7.3 filename format (D630???.HDR). Ex: D630MOD.HDR
    • Perform an HDR recovery:
      • Power off and un-plug the power cable.
      • Plug in the USB stick.
      • Hold the END key and insert the power cable.
      • If the power LED turns orange, then release the END key.
      • Fans should kick on high and the USB stick should show activity while being read.
      • After about a minute or so, the laptop should automatically reboot.
      • Enter the BIOS and configure as necessary.
