Update : How to reset the password, if I dont know it anymore. :S You have to contact Dallmeier support and sign a warrant, to prove ownership. Then they ask for further details of your camera, so you can do a one-time reset of the password. Hi, I got a Dallmeier DF4900HD-DN-IR POE-Camera here. Standard IP should be 192.168.2.28. It is attached to a Linksys (LACPI30) POE Switch with a ASUS Laptop at the DATA Port. The IR-sensor of the camera detects if I turn off the light and switches the IR LEDs on. Problem: I cant find the Camera in the Network. Ping and Browser wont find anything under 192.168.2.28. Advanced IP Scanner can find it by 192.168.2.204. Still, browser and ping time-out. Laptop has IP 192.168.2.203...and just after the restart of the camera, it finally found it.
