Apple was able to stop Samsung from selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in europe, cause of a design patent which included "4 Round corners, Flat surface, thin" But now look at this, this was before even a iPhone was shown to public, from 2006. its a Digital Picture Frame, and holy s**t.. it looks like a iPad 1 from the year 2006.
Yes, this is kind of like one car company whingeing (exactly what Apple does) about another car company producing a car with 4 wheels, an engine, and able to carry passengers.

That's different, completely different. One is about a name people can argue about that, since establishing brand name power takes ages. However Apple are throwing a hissy fit because there is competition that will kick their arse in and they don't know how to compete. That is plain wrong.
