I 'm having poor quality on all my playback devices including streamplayback like youtube ,pixelated and blocked are the words here.This happend after i installed win7 ultimate.I have installed all the new drivers for my mobo and graphicscard,have directx9.Codecs like cccp dont help and shuodnt be needed in win7 sofar i understand.I'm searching for days now and i found out its not only a problem for ATI but also for Nvidia.Probebly the solution is on this forum already but the search results dont find anything for me.Please let me know where to find the solution ,this problem drives me mad ty [HAZAR ty for win7!!U r great!] ATI HD4850 AMD Athlon 64*2 dualcore proc 6000+ 32bit os
I am not an expert, but I would want to at least try to help: Are YouTube and other streamplayback devices the only applications causing trouble? If it is, maybe you should update FlashPlayer or something... Otherwise, we can see from there.
