Port the Handwriting recognition engine from Win7 to XP Tablet?

    Port the Handwriting recognition engine from Win7 to XP Tablet?

    Is this possible?

    ie: I don't need the TIP (the bar that you write on) to be converted. I just need a better/smarter/neural Handwriting recognition engine that will read and insert words correctly..

    Just install 7 then man.
    Maybe it uses some libraries only found on 7 and will not work on xp...
    Or DX10/11...
