[Answered] Possible to add "block with windows firewall" entry in context menu?

Is there some registry setting or something I can modify to add custom entries to the right-click context menu?

I want to be able to right click an exe and choose "Block with firewall" to quickly and easily block outgoing connections. Its a pita to always open the firewall and manually add rules.
