Nice one! But I'm happy with my both PowerEdge 2850 machines. Two things: Geez, where did you buy this hardware?? When we set up a DL380 G6 with 2 x Xeon Quad, 24 Gig RAM, BBWC 512 MB, 2nd PSU, iLO, Quad GB Adapter, 8 x 15K SAS 2.5" 146 GB, the price is about 8500 Euro (with tax). You've got a licensed vSphere, so I hope you have also 1Y Gold/Platinum Support.
Sad to hear............. It sucks that so many companies these days are having their budgets destroyed by this fake economy, which leaves people like yourself holding the bag reselling hardware at a loss. Hopefully you can sue them for the loss you'll have on this hardware as they are well deserving of that for their lack of vision.
@NPH - it was actually purchased from dell.com (full retail price), don't ask why. @ioniancat21 - it does suck. However, I am just going keep fighting the good fight. @ennio - sorry, I was just trying to get the word out and thought it might be a suitable place. Chaz.
