I am having a problem with PowerPoint and Windows 7 (Office 2003). Whenever I click on an image on a slide (either by trackpad, trackpad button, or mouse), the image would be nudge/move slightly down or right. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it happening in Office 2007? Thanks.

NV. Found a tempory fix. Disable desktop composition for powerpoint and it works fine.

You could try the repair function within office or reinstall it. If you do a reinstall, uninstall it first, delete c:\Program Files\Microdoft Office and all its sub folders, scrub the registry using Ccleaner or similar and search for and delete all instances of extend.dat. Then reinstall Office 2003 from a known-to-be undamaged source.

If you use Outlook, all you Outlook data (contacts, calendar, notes, email and etc.) should be back where you need them. But, it's still a good idea to export all you can.

Edit: Hol-ee Smokes!! The original post was in 2009. Dang, I need to pay attention.
