PowerShell 5.1 on Windows 10 1507/1511

    Hi! Does there is a way to install PowerShell 5.1 on Windows 10 1507/1511? Bc I can't find it anywhere, so, I wonder, if it is possible to edit Windows 8.1 PowerShell 5.1 update to install on Windows 10 1507/1511

    use ltsb 2016 works fine with net frameworks 4.8 and last powershell

    But what if I just don't want? I need a workaround to bridge the gap between Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 1607+ like that done with 8.0, for .NET Framework 4.8 there is already workaround, but not for PowerShell 5.1

    install powershell 7.3 works fine on ltsb 2015 :)

    why? is there a good reason for PS 5.1?
