My PC runs Redstone 4, there is only one active user (a Microsoft Account), which is password protected, and the Quick Start is disabled. Until a few days ago, Windows started to load autorun programs, services and Lockscreen Slideshow, before I entered the password. This was very useful for me, but after the last update, this no longer happens; is there any way to reactivate this feature?
There's an option in Settings => User Accounts => Login Options => Privacy (it might not be exactly this wording as I'm not running Windows 10 in English, but you get the idea). Make sure it's enabled to get the feature back...
