Primary OS as a Portable Windows / WindowsToGo on VHD – Doing it the right way?

    WinToGo hasa some limits, special regarding Refresh, Store, Startup!

    You may use WinToUSB latest version (Freeware) for to clone an installed Windows to an external USB Drive incl. all installed apps etc. On that some of the WinToGo limits are bypassed.

    Yes. I noticed, those limits are there only if you use WTG Creator.
    If you go with Powershell/ DISM way that MS describes and skip the policy steps then it does not do any lock downs/ disabling.

    Anyways, can you share some insights on the App related questions I posted above.. the Local vs Roaming ... AppData..
