    What do you mean good here, nothing is good. It is not installed so that one can use the Print management Console in Windows 10 Core it.

    These editions are not able to run Print Management Console for lacking product policy "Printing-Spooler-Pmc-Licensing-Enabled":

    No. It is controlled by Edition Specific License in C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens\skus.
