Printer USB not recognized

    Hello friend,

    My PC not recognizes printer USB also pendrives, all drivers are installed. what is a problem? thanks in advanced.

    what kind of computer do you have? and what do you mean by your computer not recognizing USB printer and USB pen drives?
    are they listed in Device Manager? Type "devmgmt.msc" in the Run dialog box to open Device Manager, expand the
    Universal Serial Bus Controllers section and see if the drivers are correctly listed. For USB Pendrives (aka. USB Flash drives), expand the Disk Drives section of Device Manager and see if your USB pendrives are listed.

    For Printers, open the Printers control panel and see if your usb printer is listed. if the printer is connected to a usb port (and if the printer is turned on), the printer should be listed as Online. if it's not connected or turned off, the printer will be grayed out and will have a status of Offline.

    other than that, check if USB support is enabled on the BIOS from the BIOS setup options.

    Check BIOS if USB Port is enabled, Otherwise it might be broken
