privileges above "trustedinstaller"

    I noticed taking ownership of some files from trustedinstaller still leaves you unable to edit permissions. Anyone else notice this and find a way to elevate privileges even higher?

    actually I think its a bug....eventually, it appears privileges did change, just not updated in the window at that time.
