Hi I got my notebook from brother but he didnt told me that the windows 7 ultimate was not original so after i installed sp1 it started to show a black screen with the water mark buil 7601. What should i do?
You can attempt to roll it back if you have a backup of the previous system otherwise you may want to wipe and load, it would be a clean install that you know whats what.
