Using Windows XP 32 bit I have my Windows 7 already burned to my Disc and everything heres how it goes.

1: Press any key to boot from disc or whatever, I do that.
    2: Windows is loading...
    3: Windows flag loading screen
4: Blue sky screen or something with a few lines going across and it just gets stuck right here and doesn't go any farther.

I've read something about flash and how to fix this but I want to ask here and I don't know if I even want to bother doing something like that should I just search for a better torrent?

Try updating your bios and be patient. How old is your computer? Older ones take awhile sometimes at the win7 setup screen because of lack of drivers that run when the cd is booted. Just update the bios if there is an update and/or be patient.

You have the RTM so it might just be bad burn. Use ImageBurn at slow 4x speed to DVD-r

Some times depending on how old the machine is you need to use vista boot file on the windows 7 dvd i can't remember the error number that comes up.
