Problem safely eject Windows 7

    Hi,

    I have a Toshiba Canvio Basics 1TB and have found that Windows 10 or 8.1, disco light turns off and stops working (stops moving the dishes) but in Windows 7 when the system tells me that I can safely remove the light stays on and when I disconnect it I heard a sound (the dishes have been abruptly stopped)
    Is there any way to fix it?

    So, when you connect again the USB stick/drive, this time the registry entries pointing to that USB stick/drive should be the correct ones and thus you shouldn't have that error.
