As this question got drowned in the Findings thread i post it here. Original post:

So far PointZero also faced this problem:

As that check only costs some time i would like to know whether more users experience this and there's a general problem :g:.

So far had this once on my Win 8.1, but the dism /restorehealth run fixed it successfully.

Whith that error persisting, there's no chance to actually check the system .

Same thing here. As an add on, getting an error when trying to open system restore settings. Error code 0x8000203.
Task Scheduler won't run either. Services are at default.

Yes, you should. I've run run that command and did not have the problem. I wonder if running sfc/scannow in a VM negates the error?

the right command is: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Yeah, i know :cool2:. But even

    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:wim:X:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess
didn't help to solve that issue.
