Problem to download drivers from dell download web page.

    Hi. I have problem to download all drivers from dell download web page. The problem is related to ie8 in w7. Using opera i got NO problems. When i click download at a driver the screen go darker, and nothing happens.. One click on screen again and all i normal. I cant get it to work with ie8 in w7.. On my wife computer whith ie8 on xp it is okay. What is wrong??

    Try using compatibility mode in IE. If that does not help then it is most likely a dell server issue. Try also cleaning out the IE history and junk files.

    Thanks, the compatibility mode works!!! No issues. Why need to use the compatibility mode?

    It was trying to load the dell download manager addon probably.

    Compatibility mode because some website has been designed to look better in old browser, so compatibility mode help to fix picture and text in wrong place and unreadable.
